Shipping costs
UK Mainland & Northern Ireland
Postage for greetings cards is free within the UK while calenders and prints are £1 for postage. Postage for mugs is £2.80. All UK postage is handled by Royal Mail. Free delivery for UK orders over £25.
European and International Orders
We currently ship orders to Europe, the United States and Canada. This is at a cost of £1 for greetings cards. Postage of prints and calendars cost £1.
International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard Service which aims for a 5-7 day delivery time.

Turnaround Times
We aim to despatch all retail orders within 2-3 working days. Should we foresee a delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
Refunds & Returns
We hope our products reach you in perfect condition and free from damage. However, if this is not the case or if goods are incorrect or lost in the post, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. For damaged goods, we may need to ask you to send them back for which we would refund the postage costs incurred.
Security
We use Paypal as our payment provider. It is a well-known, secure online user payment service offering securely processed online credit and debit card payments. You do not need to have an account with Paypal in order to place an order with us.
